The Golf House development in Surry Hills will feature interiors by Collette Dinnigan.
The iconic Sharpie's Golf House on Elizabeth Street in Sydney's Surry Hills is being developed into 45 one, two and three-bedroom apartments by Trinvass Pty Ltd.
The project's design is a collaboration between architect Peter Israel of PTI Architecture and fashion icon, Collette Dinnigan.
The building will feature character and industrial materials such as copper and timber that reflect the industrial history of the area.
Each of the residences will feature floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that open onto spacious and fully enclosable winter gardens. Many of the apartments will have city views.
Double-glazed glass will be used throughout, as the site's busy Elizabeth Street location make noise a significant factor.
The original Golf House will be demolished, and a new building will be erected in its place.
The project is being marketed by Savills. Prices are expected to start at $1.1 million.
