Bond's Cottesloe home expected to fetch above $4.5 million.
The Perth home of Alan Bond, who died in June, has been listed for sale by his real estate agent daughter Jody Fewster of Acton Cottesloe. The property, at 4 Hawkstone St, is for sale with offers closing August 28. The asking price is between $4.5 and $5 million. The home last traded in 1992 for $425,000 when bought by the Bond family trust, Fairoak Pty Ltd.
"It's a private paradise for those who recognise the best things in life, offering spectacular luxury in an intimate setting," reads the listing. "Comfortably tucked away in this prestigious beachside suburb, this elegant, spacious home is finished to the highest standards, with tasteful design and luxe finishes. Stroll to the beach for your morning swim, or take a dip in your own sparkling mosaic-lined pool."
