Yarra Point, an apartment tower in the Yarra's Edge precinct in Melbourne’s Docklands, has been named the Australian Apartment Complex of the year at the 2015 HIA CSR National Housing awards. Last November the development won the best apartment complex at the Victorian awards. The award recognises excellence in construction, design and innovation and is one of the highest honours within the residential builders industry.

Built by Mirvac, Yarra Point is the developer's sixth apartment tower at Yarra’s Edge. It features 201 apartments over 31 levels designed by Mirvac’s in-house architects, Mirvac Design, and is north-facing. It also features a 300 square metre rooftop herb garden complete with BBQ facilities, residents’ lounge, gym and business centre as well as a two-level lobby that features mature trees, a garden of succulent plantings and bluestone pavers that extends from the adjacent park into the building’s inner sanctum.
