Take a look at the Brighton mansion which sold for more than $18 million after just 4 weeks on the market.
A Melbourne mansion with an $18 million price tag has been bought after just four weeks on the market. Once owned by former St Kilda Football Club president Rod Butterss, the four storey, 2000 sqm home at 39 Seacombe Grove features a 12-car garage, billiard room, cinema, gym and wine cellar with lounge area. The seaside mansion was sold by agent Ian Jackson of Kay & Burton Bayside, who wouldn't reveal the exact sale price. The sale has broken the record for Brighton, which was set at $18 million by the sale of 12 Moule Ave last year. It sold ahead of its May 19 expressions of interest campaign deadline.
