A new development in Melbourne's east aims to replicate life inside a plush hotel.
The Esquire development, consisting of 83 luxury apartments in Hawthorn East, is now on sale. The project, from developer Dustin Wu's W Property Group and designed by Melbourne architects Interlandi Mantesso, aims to create luxury hotel-style inner city living with a 200 square metre rooftop overlooking Melbourne's leafy eastern suburbs and the city skyline.
The apartments will feature appliances from European brands such as Gessi, Poggenpohl, Barazza, and Falmec, found in the Armani Hotel Chain, The Dorchester in London and Four Seasons worldwide. Adding to the hotel-style feel is an on site cafe, and the fact that 83 apartments mean communal spaces do not become overcrowded or too noisy.
The showroom is located on-site at 18 Lilydale Grove, Hawthorn East and apartments are on sale now, priced from $380,000 for a one bedroom apartment, $445,000 for a one bedroom apartment with a study, $600,000 for a two bedroom apartment and $1.4 million for a three bedroom penthouse. It is due to be completed in late 2016.
