Kaylene Arkcoll

Kaylene joined Leary & Partners as a quantity surveying cadet in 1990. After many years as a senior consultant, she became a partner in 2014. Kaylene is a specialist in complex depreciation claims, multi-entity cost share schedules, strata contribution entitlement schedules, and retirement village maintenance funding. She is highly qualified, and brings practical, real-world solutions to her work. She is a longstanding guest lecturer in taxation depreciation at the QUT, and a member of Strata Community Australia (Qld)'s legislative panel.
