John Natoli

John Natoli is a Prestige Sales Agent at McGrath Surfers Paradise. He was the first Australian real estate agent invited to become a member of the exclusive global prestige property network 'Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate’, and has also been an REIQ Gold Coast Salesperson of the Year. John has sold high-end residential real estate since 1993, specialising in Mermaid Beach, Broadbeach Waters, Surfers Paradise, Isle of Capri and the surrounding suburbs. He has set numerous records, including the highest price for vacant beachfront land in Surfers Paradise in 2003 for $17.5m and the highest beachfront house sale on Main Beach in 2004 for $13.45m. In 2013, he achieved the highest price sale in Queensland, achieving $9.8m for 5 McMillan Court, Southport. He also sold 13-15 Albatross Avenue, Mermaid Beach for $7.350m - the second highest price sale on the Gold Coast in 2013.
