John C Dwyer is the managing director of Dacland, a family-owned, urban design-led developer that was founded in 1999. Today, Dacland has more than 6,500 land lots in its portfolio worth a combined total of $2.1 billion. Dywer is part of the company's young, dynamic and motivated management team, and has qualifications in urban planning and business administration. He is also chair of the Property Council’s Residential Developer Committee’s Taskforce for Innovation, which is charged with increasing the percentage of affordable homes in new developments.
