It's rare when your service expectations are met -it's even rarer when they are exceeded.
Let me explain.

I made one quick phone call to Craig Cram, a quick bit of follow up from his head office and we were off to the races. The communications via sms and email were equally as impressive. Ten minutes later I get a call from Craig saying that the gas connection / infrastructure people had already left for their Christmas break and there was little to no chance of getting the gas services connected this side of Christmas. Lo and behold the next day I get another call from Craig saying that he had made the necessary arrangements, despite the adversity, of getting the gas meter installed.
All of this and more in the space of a couple of days before Christmas - a Herculean effort for which I am eternally grateful.
A valued sponsor - yes - but the service delivery was even more valued and exceptional.
