Raine & Horne has launched an assault on Brisbane’s inner city with the opening of Raine & Horne Spring Hill.
We have ramped up our presence in Queensland significantly over the last 18 months and now we are focused on Brisbane’s thriving inner-city markets, with Raine & Horne Spring Hill set to be joined shortly by new offices in Woolloongabba and Ascot.
Raine & Horne Spring Hill, located in Brisbane’s inner northern suburbs at 448 Boundary Street, Spring Hill, will be led by experienced agents Sally and Dean Scott, who have been prominent in the local market for almost a decade. Sally and Dean Scott operated a successful management rights business, Spring Hill Central Apartments, for the past decade, which specialised in short-term accommodation for holidaymakers and executives working in Brisbane.
They will fold the management rights business into Raine & Horne Spring Hill’s property management business, which they will run in conjunction with residential sales.
The mother and son team decided to link with Raine & Horne for a number of reasons following a positive referral from an existing Raine & Horne agent.
Raine & Horne Spring Hill will provide owners, buyers, investors and tenants with additional choice as Spring Hill is dominated by two real estate brands.
