Exciting news for one of Ray White’s fastest growing businesses, young gun principal Randall Kemp is now officially trading as Ray White Woollahra | Paddington.

Mr Kemp, along with director Clay Brodie, have been extremely busy during the Covid period, working hard in Woollahra and Paddington.

Mr Kemp seized on the opportunity to trade as Ray White Paddington when Dean Jarman moved his business to the Entertainment Quarter, Centennial Park.

“Our whole team is excited about the bigger footprint and core area. We are energised and ready to keep building on the success that has already been achieved by Ray White Woollahra," Mr Kemp said.

“The market is very active right now, with more buyer inquiry than we have ever seen. Prices are solid and very resilient."

Mr Brodie said he loves the day to day challenges that the industry throws at agents and the freedom for the individual to think outside the box to overcome challenges. 

“I also love this industry that rewards the people who put in the hard work. If you are willing to work hard and push the boundaries day in day out you will benefit from the rewards,” he said. 

“We have a great team of up and coming agents who are driven and passionate about helping our community with their property ambitions.”

The pair has a vision for the future to continue to increase the office’s current momentum and success by way of growth.
