Paul DiLanzo says it was Realmark Coastal's supportive team culture that made 'Super Saturday' so successful.
Realmark Coastal held its own 'Super Saturday' last weekend, taking four homes to auction on a single day.
"That's a pretty big deal in Perth," Paul DiLanzo of Realmark Coastal told WILLIAMS MEDIA.
"Having four auctions in one day is a big thing, it requires you to be really sharp and on your A-game," said DiLanzo.
"It was the support of the Realmark team that made it possible," he said.
"It was a great result for auctions in WA, with several of the auctions selling well above reserve.”

DiLanzo said Perth properties are generally sold through private treaty, but vendors in the city are becoming more comfortable with the idea of auctions.
With the Perth property market transitioning and showing strong buyer activity, Realmark Coastal is driving a new focus on auctions, said DiLanzo.
"I've worked in the real estate industry for 20 years, but working with Realmark Coastal is very refreshing for me," says DiLanzo.
"I feel like a kid in a candy store. There's so much training, support, and energy in the office.
"Last week the company had Tom Panos come and do a personal training session with us. This week they announced they are taking the whole sales team to AREC, all expenses paid! I’m looking forward to what happens next week!"
