LJ Hooker will open seven new offices around Australia today, as well as opening a commercial agency in St George, and introducing a sister-agency in New Zealand.
LJ Hooker is kicking off the spring selling season by opening seven new residential sales offices across four states on 1 September.
In New South Wales, LJ Hooker will open new offices in Dapto, Nowra, Rockdale and Wauchope, while introducing new teams to Victoria (Grantville), Queensland (Mackay) and South Australia (Plympton).
LJ Hooker will also open a commercial agency in St George, and introduce a sister-agency, Harveys Henderson Rentals, in New Zealand.
LJ Hooker's head of network development, Ben Mitchell, said the network also opened five new offices last month, and will continue to bring on new agencies throughout the remainder of the year.
“Spring presents a great opportunity for business owners to introduce their brand to the market with activity being traditionally high,” he said.
“The calibre and experience of new applicants we’re working with underlines the unique franchise offering and vision we’ve created," he said.
"We’re fielding a lot of interest on the back of our brand strength.”
LJ Hooker will also roll out a new spring campaign starting today, including an innovative new online approach.
LJ Hooker has teamed up with Facebook, digital specialist Tiger Pistol, and e-communications specialist Active Pipe to deliver an $1 million digital and social media campaign.
The digital and social media strategy is the brainchild of the brand’s digital innovation centre, LJX-Lab.
