Welcome to the new way to view a home, a 3D inspection via virtual reality goggles. Adelaide estate agents Ouwens Casserly have partnered with technology company TicketyView to offer prospective buyers inspections through virtual reality headsets, meaning they don't need to be physically present to check out a home.

Ouwens Casserly Director Alex Ouwens says his agency is the first to bring the experience to market. “You can do it in your lunch break," said Ouwens. The walkthrough is built by combining 3D renderings with video and photos. The tour can then be downloaded onto a smartphone and slipped into the headset.
