The sub-penthouse home of former International Olympic Committee Vice-President and Shell CEO Kevan Gosper and wife Judy inside what is known as Melbourne's "tower of power" has just been sold. It is the first time the residence in the award-winning Isis building in South Yarra had been listed.
Isis is often referred as Melbourne’s most powerful apartment tower because of its roll call of residents including former Ford Global CEO Jack Nasser and Bank of Melbourne CEO Scott Tanner. The Gospers bought the Wood March-designed residence off the plan 11 years ago. They decided to sell the very large 400sqm apartment, at 5/262 Domain Road, because they travel frequently.
Abercrombys’s director Jock Langley and agent Michael Derham sold the property. Abercromby’s introduced the property into its client network with a short 15 second teaser clip produced by Goldeneye Media which drew swift and strong interest. Langley would not discuss any detail of the transaction other than confirm the property has sold. It had been quoted around $5.8 million.
