When it comes to real estate marketing, Aussies are among the world's best, which is why an Australian media company has been enlisted by Christie's International Realty to help promote Otter Cove, an incredible six bedroom, seven bathroom estate that is just one of 31 homes on the oceanfront of the fabled 17 Mile Drive, Pebble Beach in California. The property has just been put on the market with an asking price of $US35 million, and Goldeneye Media have created this marketing video to help promote the luxury property.
"We filmed it about three weeks ago," said Tracey Atkins, managing director of Goldeneye Media. "Because it's such a famous golfing destination, I just thought it would be a traditional resort location like a lot of golf locations are, and when we arrived it completely turned our expectations upside down. It has this incredible marine coastal environment which is a story in itself, and that surprised us, and then this was the most extraordinary French manor. This was a genuine passion project, a man that built a house which respected the architectral heritage of France and then respected the environment. The cove is a protected spot, it's one of the only spots on the Californian coast where the seals come to pup each year so it's a proteted marine sanctuary."
Atkins said the property is being marketed through Carmel Realty Company, a Christie's International Real Estate affiliate.
