Murders and other material facts to be revealed when selling houses
Recent changes to the Sale of Land Amendment Act in Victoria mean vendors and agents are no longer allowed to deliberately conceal any material facts about a property when selling.
The Real Estate Institute of Victoria has called on the state government to provide more detail on Sale of Land Amendment Bill passed in parliament last week.
