Housing affordability for home buyers has finally turned a corner with the March quarter of 2024, showing improvement for the first time in three years - but it’s a tale of two cities.
ABS data shows that the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose 3.6 per cent in the 12 months to April, following a 3.5 per cent rise in the twelve months to March and 3.4 per cent in the twelve months to February.
Combined capital city auction volumes hold steady week-on-week
