Median sale price increases in eight regional centres says REIWA
Real Estate Institute of Western Australia says 8 of 9 Western Australia’s regional centres have recorded an increase in median sale price for the September 2020 quarter, with Karratha experiencing the largest increase of 8.1 per cent to $465,000.

Rental listings in Perth continued to drop in September, falling eight per cent to 2,926 over the month - the lowest it’s been since 2012, according to reiwa.com data.
