Chris told WILLIAMS MEDIA, "I designed this home for a young investment banker and his family, to suit their lifestyle in entertaining and having friends visit from south and overseas.
The design, typical of my houses, is contemporary tropical and designed to capture cool breezes. Featuring timber and stone, the materials used are selected to blend into the island vegetation."

Move through and you are greeted with a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen space plus an outdoor pizza oven and BBQ area.

Five bedrooms and four bathrooms are connected by open air walkways, with direct water access and a viewing platform.
