Sydney’s home buyers are facing a limited supply of medium density housing stock, including terraces and townhouses, according to a 2018 paper on housing affordability by the Grattan Institute.

The Henley will introduce 70 homes in total, to be launched in four stages. Buyers have a choice of two, three, and four-bedroom residences, and 22 floorplan options, with prices ranging from $1.65m - $3.5m.

Of the 25 homes offered in Stage One, 14 were sold in the first week, with the remaining snapped up quickly after.
