Suburb record for Wynnum home sold off market, sight unseen

“We sold it sight unseen, so there were zero inspections,” Caiti Shaw told WILLIAMS MEDIA. “The buyers used photos, video, floorplan and walks around the block with me, their agent, to decide on the purchase as we couldn’t get through prior to them submitting their offer.”

“I had been driving these buyers around on and off in Manly area for about 5 years trying to find something with a great view that was mostly single level living and relatively private as they are private people. I knew exactly what they were after and when I saw 97 Petersen St Wynnum I knew it would tick all their boxes.”

The home was sold to downsizers who were looking for single level living.

Although the residence spans multiple levels, the floor plan is designed so that stairs are kept to a minimum. “We had a beautiful champagne celebration on the balcony, which is really the heart of the home, on the night before settlement,” Caiti explained to WILLIAMS MEDIA. “It was truly a dream come true for the buyers and a stress free transaction for the sellers.”

There has been a lift in enquiries in the area as buyers seek a more coastal lifestyle.

“We are finding a real spike in enquiry and interest from interstate and more inner city Brisbane buyers wanting to buy a lifestyle at the bay more than ever before,” Caiti told WILLIAMS MEDIA.
