“During the campaign, we met over 120 groups through our scheduled mid-week and Saturday open homes,” Sarah explained. 

“We received feedback during the campaign from buyers that build costs have increased significantly, which has changed the search criteria for buyers now looking to buy a renovated turn-key family home.”
