The new owners will move into the completed home, including all landscaping, in 12 months’ time.
The property sparked a lot of interest, amid extremely high demand for new homes, selling for a total of $2,350,000 after just 30 days on the market.

“The developer did a lot of work to make sure our buyers had faith in the project including extremely detailed specifications, samples of flooring, tiles and carpets, and a contract that protects all parties involved.”
Enquiry came from interstate buyers as well as locals and attracted over 100 online and phone enquiries before being sold to a professional couple who have lived in Camp Hill for a couple of years.
“They had often walked past this location and admired it, so when the opportunity came to get a house and land package here they couldn’t let the chance go,” Shane explained to WILLIAMS MEDIA.

Perfect for entertaining, the residence connects seamlessly with its outdoors, where a large covered al fresco area will be fitted with a complete outdoor kitchen, an expansive fully-fenced grassed rear yard and landscaped gardens.
Upstairs, there is a sizeable retreat with a wet bar, balcony access and city views.

“The market below $1 million is particularly competitive and buyers are preferring to buy at auction so there is some transparency to the transaction rather than multiple offer negotiations behind closed doors.”
