28 groups inspected the apartment in person and 2 virtual inspections were held during the 78-day campaign, with interest ranging from local home owners to interstate buyers looking for relocation.
“We are seeing more and more of the younger demographic, like the eventual purchaser, skip the ‘house and land’ purchase and move to an apartment,” Courtney said to WILLIAMS MEDIA. “With 18m of frontage, there aren’t any houses you can purchase with that view, close to the CBD for the price of this residence.”
