With a buyers’ guide of $4,200,000, the 16-day campaign saw 40 inspections prior to the sale, including 22 private inspections.
Agent Walter Burfitt-Williams told WILLIAMS MEDIA there was a large amount of interest in the property, with 212 enquiries, over 100,000 internet views, and a property video which was viewed 6,343 times.
“Two keen buyers made offers – they enjoyed the meticulous renovation, north-to-rear aspect plus the parking,” Burfitt-Williams told WILLIAMS MEDIA. “The market for well-presented, quality homes is robust with lots of enquiry turning into 22 private inspections in our first week of being on the market.”
