Speaking to LUXURY LIST WEEKEND Campbell Kilsby, "The property was purchased by a Melbourne buyer with a green thumb who was charmed by the property’s Paul Bangay gardens".

The estate covers approximately 2.69 acres and offers a breathtaking mountain-view landscape with a celebrated garden setting designed by its former custodian who told LUXURY LIST WEEKEND, "St Ambrose farm was the first country house I owned." 

"Creating the garden and renovating the 100 year old school house was one of the greatest joys of my life."

According to Campbell, a lot of interest was generated in the property because of the impressive gardens.
