Speaking to WILLIAMS MEDIA, Sarah Hackett said 7 Wendell Street was an auction campaign, successfully selling under the hammer on the fourth weekend.

“During the campaign, we met over 30 groups through our scheduled mid-week and Saturday open homes.”

Sarah told WILLIAMS MEDIA the sale was hotly contested, with strong interest from international, interstate, and local buyers.

“We had had five parties competing to secure the property, with the successful purchaser an international buyer.”
