“There was strong interest in the property because of its location, views, the size of land, and the two dwellings, offering income potential,” Scott explained.

The home was purchased for $3.1 million by a family from the area who were upgrading.

“The buyers were not even looking to move. The wife saw the advertisement, drove by, and decided to make an appointment to view. They fell in love with the property,” Scott told LUXURY LIST WEEKEND.

“This sale shows that the market in the area continues to hold its value,” Scott told LUXURY LIST WEEKEND.
