This contemporary family retreat 10 minutes from Sydney’s CBD has been sold by Ben Collier of The Agency just two days after the first official inspection.

Set amidst the beautiful greenery of Cooper Park, the stunning and private home was designed by architects Tobias Partners, with designer gardens by Myles Baldwin.
Ben Collier told WILLIAMS MEDIA there were numerous key interested parties through in our pre-market stage. “The first official inspection saw over 50 groups through the inspection. Due to the current social distancing policies, we had people lining up to inspect the home and they all agreed it was worth the wait.”

Shortlisted for multiple awards and featured in Belle magazine, the home features interconnected living spaces and a private garden retreat with resort style pool.
“Cooper Park House is one of my favourite projects with its wonderful simplicity and timeless luxury," architect Nick Tobias told WILLIAMS MEDIA, "Its connection to the bush in front makes it a great site. I am so pleased it has gone to another loving owner.”

The sale price of the Woollahra sanctuary is undisclosed, though it has been reported that radio personality Jackie O purchased the home for an amount believed to be around $11m.
“This sale once again demonstrated that the combination of great homes and low stock levels is leading to strong results at the top end of the market,” Ben told WILLIAMS MEDIA.
