“Over 80 enquiries were out of price range, with 6 genuine buyers showing their interest.”

Steven told LUXURY LIST WEEKEND the area continues to see interest at the top end of the market, despite interest rate rises.
“The market segment over $20m is still solid. We have seen a lack of quality properties on the market and we are finding many clientele above $25m are purchasing with no borrowings,” he explained.

“Local upsize buyers and expats are fuelling this category. We are finding that buyers at this level are quite specific in their requirements and once they find something that is suitable, they move very quickly.”
