Speaking to LUXURY LIST WEEKEND, Gowan Stubbings said the successful EOI campaign ran across six weeks culminating in multiple offers at the close.
“It was a true global campaign, we fielded enquiry from local, interstate, offshore, expat and mainland Chinese buyers. We had extensive interest from people who wanted to inspect the home,” Gowan explained.

The basement level houses a secure eight-car basement garage, gym, indoor swimming pool and sauna.
“The vast desire from buyers was due to the home’s grandeur and positioning – it sits on what is arguably the best street in Melbourne. Architecturally it was magnificent and a turnkey option for the most discerning of buyers. This, partnered with its 3300 sqm prime land content, made it a true trophy property,” Gowan told LUXURY LIST WEEKEND.

This is our third sale above $40 million in 2023, which shows the demand for prestige property in Melbourne is truly extraordinary.”
