Including the first open house on January 30, there were 5 open for inspections which attracted 164 buyers (not including the day of auction). In addition, 5 private inspections were held during the campaign and 8 buyers tuned in for a virtual inspection during Victoria’s snap 5-day COVID lockdown.
“There was solid, genuine interest from the first inspection,” Mark explained to WILLIAMS MEDIA. “Buyers were attracted to the modern contemporary style of the home and the way it was cleverly designed to blend in with the landscape and surrounding parklands.

The buyers were all family buyers with young to teenage children some upsizing and others who were weighing up the option to build their own home or buy something recently built which met their own tastes and style. The buyers who bid on the day were mostly from the immediately surrounding suburbs.
