Robert Alfeldi told WILLIAMS MEDIA there was very strong buyer interest, with 18 inspections prior to the sale, including one virtual inspection.

Multiple offers resulted in a new suburb record and one of the highest sales for Sydney in 2020. The penthouse sold to a local family from out of area for an undisclosed price believed to be around the guide price of $20m. 

“Buyer enquiry ranged from local to around the globe for this penthouse offering,” Robert told WILLIAMS MEDIA. “Buyers could appreciate the rarity of the offering in relation to size, views, aspect, and style.”

Intimately connected to its waterfront surrounds, the apartment was designed by the vendor, who also designed new resort ‘Island House’ on Lord Howe Island. The two private houses of the resort recently hosted actor Chris Hemsworth and his family.
