“Prices continue to exceed expectation in many instances, with the number of buyers, especially those from interstate, continually increasing.”

Three bidders registered at the Spring event, with 2 parties actively bidding on the home, before it was sold for $2.4m.

“Although the majority of interest for this home was from younger families, the 2 buyers who were competitively bidding were a young couple, and a couple looking to downsize into something with a view,” Drew told WILLIAMS MEDIA.

Positioned just 6km from Brisbane’s CBD, the property is surrounded by some of Brisbane’s finest residences and prestigious schooling options and walking distance to public transport and other amenity. Further afield, the suite of dining options along Racecourse Road and the Portside precinct beyond are only 2km and Newstead Gasworks is around 4km.
