Speaking to WILLIAMS MEDIA, Lisa Hornsby said the owners are ecstatic about the result.

During the four-week campaign there were 73 groups through the home and 4 virtual inspections for people out of town.

Auctioneer Gordon Macdonald of The Auction Group conducted the Auction in front of a crowd of onlookers observing COVID safe restrictions, with eight bidders registered for the auction.

“On the day, a quick opening bid immediately took out six of the bidders, leaving the two remaining bidders to fight it out,” Lisa told WILLIAMS MEDIA.

Amid intense interest attracted from local and interstate buyers, the 4-bedroom home was sold to a local Sunshine Coast family.

“The end figure was above reserve, exceeding the owners’ expectations, and setting not only a new Auction record for Noosa, but the entire state; this result, along with the interest in the campaign, demonstrates just how strong the Noosa property market is, with levels of capital growth that are exponential,” Lisa said.
