There were 6 prequalified, private inspections during the campaign before the residence sold for $2,050,000.
“We had over 80 enquiries. This complex is tightly held, with many of the enquiries looking for a base in Sydney.”

“Ultimately the end buyer was a long-term investor,” Steven told The Real Estate Conversation. “We had a lot of clients expecting or hoping the price was around the $1.2m mark, which seemed to be a common thread with the feedback. In the end, the property sold for almost double that expectation.”
