“For a property of this value in the suburb of St Kilda we had fantastic enquiry comparing to others we have sold,” Jesse Raeburn told WILLIAMS MEDIA.

The size of the floorplan was particularly appealing to buyers. 

“Most of the buyers were looking to downsize from their large family homes to something similar in size, but without the garden maintenance,” Jesse told WILLIAMS MEDIA.

“Buyers were very impressed with the scale of the apartment. It felt like a home, which is what they were looking for.”
