There were 97 inspections during the 6-week campaign, mainly by owner occupiers and families with 2-3 children, before the home was purchased by an out of area family from Sydney’s Upper North Shore.

Jake told LUXURY LIST WEEKEND the Northern Beaches prestige market remains strong, with buyers encompassing a mixture of owner occupiers and some Chinese investors.

“The prestige market has held up well with limited supply and a healthy number of people still looking. The house market is particularly strong,” Jake explained.

“It is surprising how many people have a budget of between $8m - $10m who are looking for modern homes on the Northern Beaches.”
