“Interest came from a variety of buyers, some interested in the architecture and others because of what the property had to offer, in size, riverfront position, and so on.”

Heath told LUXURY LIST WEEKEND the price achieved for the sale was above expectations.

“The buyers were looking for house on the river and loved the architectural merit of this property.”

“This sale shows that the high end of the Brisbane market remains incredibly strong and resilient,” Heath told LUXURY LIST WEEKEND.
