“The spring market is in full swing and premium prices are being achieved,” Michael told WILLIAMS MEDIA. “Generally, we are seeing sea change buyers looking for a relaxed lifestyle.”

Michael explained to WILLIAMS MEDIA that the popularity of Bribie Island real estate is increasing.
“With an increase in population, the changing face of Bribie Island as a destination is becoming more and more apparent to buyers. The $63 million Sandstone Point development including a Big Four Resort has added further to its popularity,” he said.
