Scott Hutchison of Hutchison Builders told WILLIAMS MEDIA, "The project was a great success. Balaam is the perfect home for entertaining,” he said. “I have returned to the home a number of times for private dinners and large functions, including teenage birthday parties, and they both work really well. The outdoor terrace is fantastic.”

The family-friendly property features several secure children's play areas plus a children's crèche, architecturally designed cubby house and animal enclosure. The parent's master suite takes in stunning views of the CBD and Brisbane River.
