Speaking to LUXURY LIST, Steven Chen said there were 6 inspections of the property prior to the sale, including one virtual.
“There was extremely solid interest in this residence, with over 60 enquiries,” Steven told LUXURY LIST. “The majority were out of their budgets, with most clients’ budgets around $7-10m.”
The residence sold at full asking price to a local buyer who was downsizing.
