This renovated Indooroopilly Queenslander has been sold for $2,820,000 at auction by Ann-Karyn Fraser of Place New Farm following a short campaign of less than three weeks.

Despite the shorter than normal auction campaign of 2.5 weeks, Ann-Karyn Fraser told WILLIAMS MEDIA there was a high level of interest in the home, with 110 groups inspecting.

There were 6 bidders registered at the auction, with the property selling to a family from the Western Suburbs.

“This is a highly sought-after area, where character homes are rarely for sale,” Ann-Karyn told WILLIAMS MEDIA.  “Over 51 groups came through the first open home – in excess of 150 people. It was a short campaign as buyers who had missed other properties at auction were ready to move fast.”

Positioned 900m from Indooroopilly Shopping Centre on an approximately 810sqm allotment, the character home has been renovated by Trebilcock Architects, presenting multiple family and entertaining spaces with leafy outlooks, sweeping views, and city glimpses.

Many of the home’s marketing images feature labradoodle Teddy, who has accumulated more than 4,000 followers on social media, with owner Leesa Curtain having to specify that he was not included in the sale.
