“The entire Brisbane property market is on fire at the moment, but in particular prestige property is incredibly highly sought. I have been in the real estate industry for close to 30 years and I have never seen the demand as high as it is right now.”

“What we are really seeing at the moment is a lack of stock compared to the number of qualified buyers we have actively looking to purchase at the moment. This is causing incredible competition, and in most cases, multiple offers being presented to owners for their consideration,” Judy explained to WILLIAMS MEDIA. “One of our agents had 30 registered bidders for an auction last weekend. I have never seen such a high level of competition when it comes to buying property in Brisbane.”
