Sold by Judy Goodger and Matthew Foote of Place New Farm, who told WILLIAMS MEDIA, "I have never seen such a high level of competition when it comes to buying property in Brisbane.”
This timeless riverfront apartment with sensational views of the Brisbane River has been sold by Judy Goodger and Matthew Foote of Place New Farm in less than a week, with multiple interested parties inspecting.
Situated on the third level of the prestige 'One Macquarie', the 3-bedroom apartment’s modern, open design spans a single level with a large riverfront balcony.

“22 groups of buyers inspected at the first open house,” Judy told WILLIAMS MEDIA.
“One Macquarie offers buyers a true North/East aspect which people love, particularly in Queensland. As well as that, the development offers its residents beautiful grounds and facilities. I live in ‘One Mac’ and can honestly say that I will never leave. It’s just such a fabulous address. The location is first class as well. Having the river walks at your doorstep and being close to New Farm Park and James St shopping and dining precinct certainly has its advantages.”

“Buyers were looking for a spacious apartment that they can lock-up and leave when they can travel again,” Judy told WILLIAMS MEDIA.
“The entire Brisbane property market is on fire at the moment, but in particular prestige property is incredibly highly sought. I have been in the real estate industry for close to 30 years and I have never seen the demand as high as it is right now.”

This pet friendly complex also offers secure parking accommodation for two cars as well as ample guest visitor parking. There is also the potential for the new owner to purchase a boat mooring within the private, residents only ‘One Macquarie Marina’.

“What we are really seeing at the moment is a lack of stock compared to the number of qualified buyers we have actively looking to purchase at the moment. This is causing incredible competition, and in most cases, multiple offers being presented to owners for their consideration,” Judy explained to WILLIAMS MEDIA. “One of our agents had 30 registered bidders for an auction last weekend. I have never seen such a high level of competition when it comes to buying property in Brisbane.”
