Speaking to WILLIAMS MEDIA, Ben Collier refused to comment on the price, though he was happy to talk about the sale.

There were 43 inspections during the 7-day campaign, with strong interest due to “the functional floorplan, the near level garden and the location close to exclusive schools and village shops”.

“Young families were the largest profile of buyer, but we also saw downsizers looking as the home had a lift which assists with easy living,” Ben told WILLIAMS MEDIA.

“We are continuing to see that there is a lack of good quality properties on the market. This, along with the built-up buyer tension, is resulting in strong results for our vendors.”

Though the official price is confidential, industry sources believe 3 Chamberlain Avenue was sold for around $9m.
