“It’s very competitive for established housing and quality apartments– the availability of which is rather low. Demand is out stacking supply,” he explained.
“The general buyer profile is predominantly owner occupiers, including the full complement of first home buyers, downsizers and upsizers. There is still very little sign of investors.”
