"Whilst the current market is challenging, premium properties like Poppaea, continue to attract buyers."she explained. 

“We are seeing a great mixture of all different buyers – some from Sydney, some locals (including some first home buyers), downsizers, and upsizers who are looking for a larger lot area.”

“We have more beautiful properties planned to come under construction on both Nero Street and in the sought after Old Bowral,” Jenny told LUXURY LIST WEEKEND.
