 Ben said the demand was strong with 12 groups of buyers through the property in the 49-day campaign which resulted in multiple offers.  

“There is currently strong demand from locals as well as buyers from right across metropolitan Sydney for quality properties which do not require any renovations as the cost to renovating and construction has significantly increased."
