The elevated home with a curved design and double-brick construction sits on 645 square metres. The house has open plan living with floor-to-ceiling glass and sweeping views. A dining room has Zeppelin suspension lighting.

There is a gas kitchen with opal granite island bench and butler's pantry. For the cooler months real flame gas heating is part of the layout and when it is warmer there is climate-controlled air conditioning.

The master bedroom has an ensuite and the three bathrooms have underfloor heating and granite benches. On the ground level are the other bedrooms that include built-in robes and two of the bedrooms have desks.

Outside there is an in-ground pool and barbecue deck with city views. A functional garage level has a bar, workshop and powder room.
